My name is Gina Gargaro and I’ve been designing beautiful spaces, events and celebrations for over 20 years. I’ve worked with families, friends, small business owners, and even some of the largest event companies in Ottawa to bring to life their vision, help accomplish their goals, and capture a moment in time that could be remembered forever.
When I was just a little girl, an old Italian tradition led me to picking out a place setting that would one day be used to bring together family and friends around my table. That place setting was named Renaissance. Today, decades later, that name represents my new business venture all while honouring an old commitment to unite people. Now I’m uniting people by creating the spaces, events and celebrations that can achieve just that!

"Where do I begin? When I first reached out to Renaissance Events & Design to help design my bridal shower, I really had no idea what I was doing. I had just rescheduled my shower five times due to the pandemic and found myself hosting a smaller, more intimidate celebration in my backyard. I was looking for a vintage inspired shower theme, with pastel colours and beautiful florals. I received much more than I could have ever dreamed of and truly felt like Gina had designed the space as if it was for a family member of her own.
